                                              HOW TO ORDER A PORTRAIT

1/ Choose a photo that you like to turn it into portrait.

2/ Once you have chosen a photo and portrait size, you can e-mail me
   in jpg format. Image photo must be clear for best possible results.
   Do not compress the jpg format of the photo. If you send the 
   original photo, the photo will be returned back to you. Let me know
   what portrait size and any additional information regarding your 
   desired outcome of your portrait.

3  I will then contact you further. Generally a portrait can be expected
   to complete within 4 weeks. Delivery days are not included.

4/ Before I start the portrait, I require a 20% of deposit of the final 
   portrait price. You can pay by paypal ( see below). It is easy to use
   because it accepts credit cards and checques even you do not have
   paypal account.

5/ Once the deposit is received, I will begin working on your portrait.

6/ When I am done, I will show you the finished portrait by e-mail for
   your confirmation before the delivery. Once you confirm the portrait
   you can send me the balance fees. When payment is received, I will
   pack it and ship it out to you right away. Delivery is by secure post. 
   The portrait is sent in a tube. Framing is not included and not
   recommended for delivery. If customer is not satisfied by the portrait, 
   all money will be returned back (except the deposit). Deposit is not
   returnable.

7/ Frame up your painting under non-reflection mirror. You will be 
   given needed information for framing. I use 110 gsm drawing paper
   for pencil portrait and canson paper for pastel portrait.

The price is from head to shoulder. The price is without frame. Delivery and other extra cost ARE INCLUDED.Therefore the above price given is the NET PRICE and no other hidden payment.
